Founded in 1996 it initially focused in both North America and Latin America, mostly in wireless communications infrastructure opportunities with all major wireless telcos, as well as with municipal, state and federal governments.
 
In late 2003 HAYMAN-WOODWARD LTD was created in the Chanel Islands (UK) to focus on startup investments in several industry segments.
 
In 2008, now under the leadership of Leonardo Freitas, HAYMAN-WOODWARD grew its venture capital investments and it started to do business advisory services as well as business development outsourcing services.
 
After successfully growing the revenue stream as well as implementing channel distribution avenues for clients like ATEME (France), ELECTROSONIC (UK) and TANDBERG (Now Cisco); the business development outsourcing division grew in North and Latin America implementing a network of consultants in order to replicate its successful business model and provide advisory services to other industry segments.
 
In mid 2009 the company started to provide advisory services in the homeland security industry and attained contracts for deceptive behavior detection training for military, intelligence and law enforcement agencies.
 
Today we have established a significant global footprint with over 100 employees worldwide and offices in the Americas, Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, European Union and the Middle East.
