Company History
We were founded in 1996 initially focusing in channel management peering for wireless communications infrastructure vendors in the Americas; creating opportunities and forging solid relationships with all major wireless telcos, cable & satellite operators, as well as establishing itself as a tender liaison and telecommunications consultant for some municipal, state and federal government agencies.
In late 2003 HAYMAN-WOODWARD started to branch out into the areas of government liaison, law enforcement assistance & training, the company started to provide high level security advisory services in the homeland security industry and attained contracts for deceptive behavior detection training for military, intelligence and law enforcement agencies.
In 2008 HAYMAN-WOODWARD grew its venture capital and mergers & acquisitions practice to other industries, and enhanced its business advisory practice by creating a business development outsourcing services group.
By 2009, after successfully growing the company's global footprint to cover the four corners of the world, and creating and managing channel distribution avenues for clients such as ATEME (France), ELECTROSONIC (UK) and TANDBERG (Now part of Cisco); HAYMAN-WOODWARD's business development outsourcing division grew in the Americas whilst implementing a network of consultants in order to replicate its successful business model and provide advisory services to other industry segments such as Oil & Gas, General & Commercial Aviation, as an example.
Today HAYMAN-WOODWARD has established itself as a market leader within the global advisory and consulting industry, and continues to significantly grow.
