Isabela Lins – Senior Partner

Ms. Isabela Lins is a senior executive with over 15 years of Financial Strategic Planning, Project Management and Business Development experience, with an exemplary track record of leadership in managing worldwide virtual teams in different continents for Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining HAYMAN-WOODWARD, Mrs. Lins has held distinguished executive positions at Nokia Networks and Nokia Siemens Networks, Empresa de Navegação Aliança S/A, and Maersk Shiping Lines; having acquired a vast international, cross cultural work experience by working in Brazil, Hungary, Spain, Finland, The Netherlands, Norway, México and Panamá.
She holds a BA, with honors, in Business Administration from Universidade Candido Mendes in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; followed by an MBA in Corporate Finance from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
During her career she has also managed the challenges of being a Financial Coordinator, Commercial Controller, and Project Controller; managing teams and complex cross continent projects.
With an extensive background in corporate finance in the Shipping, Telecommunications and IT industries, her expertise is focused in being responsible for operational results, performance analysis, statistics, identifying ideal joint-ventures opportunities, relating financial and structural matters and also outfitting rules and contracts. All of which while still managing product inventory warehousing costs, correlated capacity and efficiency analysis, managing inventory levels, monitoring price variances, risks & liabilities assessments, delivery volumes and inventory through 3PL logistics.
Mrs. Lins is also an expert in controlling commodities freights, by conducting performance behavior analysis, predicting both corporate and consumer trends.
For the last 10 years Ms. Lins has focused her career in the telecommunications business, working closely with Nokia Networks’ clients in the Americas and Europe, with the role of managing and controlling all project costs, sales, business development, costs of current and future sales.
She played a key role in the coordination, validation and implementation of the SAP R3 Project for Nokia in Brazil, Hungary, Spain, Be-Ne-Lux, and Panama, to name a few; up until the Nokia Siemens Networks merger, where Mrs.Lins played yet another important role as the LATAM Controller for the IT division, being responsible for the consolidation of SAP R3 system for both companies assuring the quality and transparency of figures during transition period and continuously tracking and analyzing all actual versus planned figures to challenge all cost positions in IT.
She was also responsible for one of the most challenging projects in Nokia’s history in Brazil, as their inside project Controller at Telemar/Oi, the largest Telecom operator of wireless and landlines services in Brazil; having been awarded the highest recognition as Most Valued Team Member in 2004.
At HAYMAN-WOODWARD she holds the challenging role of Director of Operations, identifying and managing the operational aspects of our client’s projects.
Ms. Lins is a Brazilian-born citizen, native Portuguese speaker, and fluent in English and Spanish.
