HAYMAN-WOODWARD

João Marcos Patury Penido Salles is an economist, with over fifteen years experience in financial planning analysis, project management, business planning, pricing structuring, corporate budgeting and consolidation. 

He has actively participated on several M&A and due-diligence processes, as well as conducting forensic accounting, restructuring advisory both in large enterprises, as well as start-up companies. 

As a certified project manager, he has led several teams in complex projects both in private and public sectors, having worked with Pragmatica Consulting, SERB, Rosen Brasil, Haztec, and Grupo Monteiro Aranha. 

Throughout his executive career he became an expert in implementation of ERP Systems (financial and accounting modules) and Budgeting Systems for Eco-Friendly (GREEN) projects, prior to joining HAYMAN-WOODWARD. 

Spending time on international assignments as in-house international accounting expert in the Netherlands and Switzerland. 

Salles earned a Summa Cum Laude MBA in Executive Management from COPPEAD College of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a Bachelor in Economic Sciences – Candido Mendes University.

He is a Brazilian citizen, natively fluent in English having spent his youth in Cambridge – United Kingdom and also speaks Spanish.
